Freehand started as my own fix. I built AI assistants to handle the repetitive stuff so I could focus on client work. Then other business owners started asking how I did it. So I packaged it up.

How long does setup take? +

You fill in a short questionnaire (10 minutes), then we have one setup session of about 60 to 90 minutes. You will have a working assistant the same day.

Do I need to be technical? +

Not at all. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use this. It runs on the messaging apps you already have on your phone. We handle all the technical setup.

How much does it cost? +

Is my data safe? +

Yes. Your assistant runs on your own account, not a shared system. Your client data, emails and business information stay private. We never share or store your data on third-party servers beyond the tools you already use.
